DMA is a factory authorized service and parts provider for Midmark and Ritter.  We can provide factory warranty work as well as repair out of warranty equipment.  Most issues with M9 and M11 sterilizers can be handled by a one visit resolution, we stock the more common repair parts for these sterilizers.
